Heather Bradford grew up in Big Sur, on Partington Ridge. Both her parents are nationally and internationally known Artist. Howard Bradford and Dorothy Louise Bowman are Painter-Printmakers. Their Serigraphs and Paintings can be found in permanent collection in several museums including the Library Of Congress. Howard Bradford was award a Guggenheim award for creative printmaking. Heather study painting from both her mother and father. She also learned Serigraph printing from her father. Heather went to Webster University Saint Louis Mo, and major in Printmaking. Etching, papermaking etc. I love to paint the things around me. I paint to capture the beauty of the moment, the action of my Arab horses running free, wild flowers carpeting the mountains in my backyard. I'm also working on a documentary film on my parents.
